1st : Shower as per normal - Wash yourself with your favourite body wash
2nd : Rinse
3rd : Apply an even coat on your skin

Side note: Words can't describe how much I love love LOVEEEE the smell! I generally love the smell of Nivea's hand lotions/deodorants etc but the In-Shower Whitening Skin Conditioner smells even better!
